Angie and Gabe's School Days-October

10-24-06 Angie received a letter from the school yesterday. When David picked her up, she told him that she had good news. She told him that she was Citizen of the Week. Well, we did get good news, no, she's not Citizen of the Week, but she is Citizen of the MONTH!! =) WOOHOO! She was so happy.

10-19-06 Gabe is in Math Marvels I at school! He took the test and missed 1. I'm not sure how many are on the test, but still, he did good! Also, he had a landform test last Friday and got a 98! He got 2 points taken off for misspelling Asia (he spelled it Aisa). He had a test last Thursday on matter. He did ok, he got a 73. I told him that just means that he has to study harder on that stuff. Oh, and he is Student of the Week for this week! I think Angie should be getting her report card this week. I can't believe it's already mid-October!

10-12-06 Gabe has done his very 1st project. He had to make up his own continent. On his continent he had to have at least 5 out of 9 landforms. He had almost all of them. The name of his continent is Rollrer (how he spelled it) Coaster. His mountains are Force Mountains, the hills are North Hills, the lake is Lake Wilmington, the river is California River, the islands are Gonzalez Islands, and the ocean is North America Ocean. He had fun doing his project. His teacher gave him a 100 on it! Angie should be getting her report card this week, so we will see how she is doing in school. Tomorrow they both are going on a field trip. Angie is going to Crow's Nest Farms, and Gabe is going to Inner Space Caverns and the Candle Factory in Georgetown. I wish I could go with both but wont be able to. I have to work, and didnt think it would be fair to go with one and not the other. But I'm sure they will have fun anyway!
