Another week! (Week 5)

Another update!!

Good thing for the 52 weeks of a busy mom's life blog challenge! Otherwise, I probably wouldn't be updating this as often as I should!! lol...

So, before I update, I just want to say I LOVE MY SASSY MAMAS!!!!!!!! We've become close friends over the last year. As our babies grow, we share so much together!

Ok, on to the update. Lets see... Oh, Nadia turned 7 months yesterday!!! I took her for her 6 month check up on Thursday the 19th. She now weighs 15 lbs and is 25 inches long. She only gained 1 lb and grew 1 inch since her 4 month check up in December. I thought she would have grown more than that. She certainly feels and looks like she has!! The doctor said shes doing well so I'm not worried about anything!

Angie and Gabe just got home about 15-20 minutes ago. They went to a birthday party followed by a sleepover for one of their cousins. They went to Rainforest Cafe. I've never been, but they said it was fun and they had a blast!

David and I are doing pretty good. I've been working what hours they let me and he is still looking for a job. Other than that, we are just spending time together and with the kids. Last Sunday we took the kids and went and visited with David's grandparents. It was nice to visit and they were really happy to see us and the kids.

Well, hopefully the weather lets up and it starts to warm up again soon. Its tough keeping 3 kids entertained indoors! I want to take them to the park, beach, pier, and whereever else! lol...

I finally was able to update my pictures blog!

Also, I recently updated my jewelry site. I do need to update it again as I have sold a few things and have made a few new things.

Its that time again (Week 4)

Time to update! Lets see... I am still working as much as they let me. On Thursday and Friday I worked at our Beach Cities office. It was a lot of physical work but the time sure did fly! Everyone there is really nice and helpful! My knee has been acting up a lot lately. I had to put my knee brace on today.

Gabe and Angie had today off from school for Presidents' Day so we got to sleep in a bit. I do need to update my pictures blog with the most recent pics of the kids. Maybe one day this week when I get a chance. I finally finished my scrapbook for 2007-2008. I already started a new book for 2009. I have 3 pages done, I just need to get a book!!

Since I've been working mostly nights, I've been reading a lot. I am reading the Ghostwalker series by Christine Feehan. I am more than half way thru the 3rd book. Its a really great series and recommend you read it.

Well, thats about it for now. As soon as I get a chance, I will update my pictures blog.

Busy, busy, busy (Week 3)

Wow, its been OVER a week since I last posted! I've been so busy with work and the kids. I actually have a day off today!! Yay!!! lol....

Ok, lets see.... Gabe lost another tooth last week! I can't believe he is still losing them! Angie is growing up on me. She doesnt seem to need my help much anymore. She's doing everything on her own. Nadia is getting close to crawling!! Shes rolling all over the place too! And she talks so much {ok, babbles} more too! I can't believe how fast time has gone. She has her 6 month check up on the 19th. We will see how long and how much she weighs!

As for me, like I said, work, work, work, work, work!!! Since Thursday I was working the night shift. Back to days tomorrow!!!

What a weekend! (Week 2)

Well, lets see, what happened this weekend..... Friday I went out. Woohoo! Sgt Pepper's Dueling Pianos was so awesome! I so want to go back again!! I had 2 mixed drinks (Malibu Rum with 7-up) and a jager bomb..........yum!!!!!!!!!!!!! David and the kids just stayed home and played on the PS3. Saturday we pretty much just chilled at home. The kids played outside since we had really nice weather! Sunday I had to work.. blah, but I met up with David and the kids at his grandparents house for Super Bowl Sunday. It was nice to see everyone since we haven't seen them in awhile.

Other than that, not too much really going on.
